LET'S BUILD YOUR BUSINESS WEBSITE.
We've been building websites since 2017 and we've delivered more than 160 projects. Every business website we make is written from scratch in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, PHP and MySQL — no themes, no page builders, no monthly licence fees.
Fast, easy to run, and built to be found on Google.
Here's how we work:
We start by getting to know your business model. We also look at the market you operate in and at what your main competitors are doing online, so the site has something to stand on.
Content gathering
Next we collect everything that goes on the site. You can send us your own material (photos, video, copy) or we can produce it for you as a paid add-on.
Website prototype
Together we agree on a look and a page structure that suit your industry, and we turn that into a first working prototype.
Near-final website
At this point the site is about 90% done. What's left are the small adjustments you ask for after seeing it in the browser.
Launch
The site goes live fully functional and optimised for search engines, ready for your customers to find it.
Optional step
If you want to follow your traffic, we set up Google Analytics so you can see how people actually use the site.
Frequently Asked Questions about Business Website Development
Answers to the questions we get most often.
How much does a business website cost?
A professional business website starts at EUR 2,500, VAT not included. The final figure depends on how complex the project is, how many pages it has, what functionality you need and how much of it is custom. We quote every project individually. Work out the price of your website.
How long does it take to build a website?
A standard business website takes between 2 and 6 weeks. The main variable is how quickly we get the material we need from you — copy, images, product information. We set exact deadlines once we've gone through your requirements in detail.
What technologies do you use?
We pick the stack to fit the project. That can mean a fully custom build (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, PHP, MySQL) or a modern framework or platform. The deciding factors are always speed, security and how well the site will hold up as your business grows.
Will the website work on mobile?
Yes. Everything we build is 100% responsive — phone, tablet and desktop. Mobile isn't an extra you pay for, it's part of every project we deliver.
Do I get training on how to run the site?
You do. Once the project is finished we walk you through the admin panel and leave you with written instructions. You'll be able to change text, swap images and update information without calling a developer.
Start your own Online Store
Want to sell online and reach markets your shop floor never will? We've been building custom online stores since 2012, and every one of them is shaped around how that particular business actually works — its stock, its suppliers, its invoicing, its customers.
Track record: our clients have won 6 trophies at GPeC, Romania's main eCommerce competition, over the last three years. We build the stores; they run the businesses that win.
What we build into an online store:
- Secure online payments — PayPal, Stripe, MobilPay and local card processors, so customers pay the way they prefer;
- Automatic shipping labels with couriers such as Fan Courier, GLS and DPD, straight from the order screen;
- Invoicing and accounting integrations (SmartBill, Facturis, SAGA) so orders turn into invoices without retyping;
- ERP and CRM sync for stock, orders and customer history in one place;
- Supplier feeds that keep products and stock levels current without manual imports;
- Marketing and analytics hookups — Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, MailChimp — so you can see what sells and why;
- Technical SEO and a responsive front end, because a store nobody finds is an expensive brochure;
- Custom documents and reports for the numbers you actually make decisions on.

Products, orders and customers in one place, with no technical background required. You add a product the way you'd write an email.
A shop that's pleasant to buy from
Navigation and checkout are designed around how people really shop. Fewer steps between the product page and the order confirmation means more completed orders.
No caps, no per-product fees
No limit on products, categories or attributes. Your catalogue can triple next year without your bill changing.
Secure online payments
We connect the payment providers that make sense for your market, so buyers get a familiar checkout and you get the money without chasing it.
SEO and digital marketing
The store ships with clean technical SEO and the marketing tools already wired in, so you can start attracting traffic on day one rather than month six.
Support and maintenance
Updates, backups and a person who answers when something breaks. Most of our clients have been with us for years, which is the only review of support that counts.
Security
Your data and your customers' data are protected with current industry practice: hardened server config, encrypted transactions, regular patching.
Frequently Asked Questions about Building an Online Store
The questions clients ask us before they start.
How much does an online store cost?
It depends on how complex the project is, what functionality you need and how much of it is custom. A fully working store starts at EUR 3,400. Work out what your store would cost and we'll follow up with a proper quote.
How long until I can launch?
A standard store takes 2 to 6 weeks. Integrations with your ERP or supplier feeds add time; a clean catalogue and ready copy take time off. We set the schedule after the first technical call.
Which platform do you build on?
OpenCart, PrestaShop or Magento, depending on your catalogue size, your integrations and your team. All three are stable, extensible and won't lock you into a monthly platform fee.
Do you handle hosting and maintenance?
Yes, for stores we've built. That covers server setup tuned for load time, security updates and a support line, so you can spend your attention on selling instead of on infrastructure.
Can the design be custom?
That's the only way we work. No bought themes. We design around your brand and your products, and you see it take shape rather than receiving it finished.
How do online payments get set up?
We integrate card payments through the processor you choose — PayPal, Stripe, EuPlatesc, MobilPay and others. Checkout stays on your domain, which keeps buyers from dropping out at the last step.
Will you show us how to run it?
After launch we take your team through the admin panel and leave written instructions behind. Adding products, editing orders and updating content shouldn't require a call to us.
Can you migrate my existing store?
Yes. We move products, customers and order history across, keep your URLs so you don't lose search rankings, and plan the switch for a quiet hour.
What does SEO for a store involve?
Clean site structure, fast pages, product markup search engines can read, and category copy written for people who are searching. It's groundwork, not a switch you flip after launch.
LET'S BUILD A WEB APPLICATION.
We've been building custom web and mobile applications for years, always to order and always around the way a specific company works. A web application runs in the browser, over the internet or on your local network, so nobody has to install or configure anything — you add a user and they're working five minutes later. Companies use ours to handle information, suppliers, invoices, quotes, inventory and everything in between. Whatever we build, it's designed for your process, not adapted from someone else's.
Frequently Asked Questions about Custom Web Applications
Answers to the questions we get most often.
What kind of web applications do you build?
Standalone systems — CRMs, management platforms, dashboards, booking systems — and applications that sit alongside an online store, such as product configurators, price calculators and ERP integration modules. Everything is written for the project; nothing is adapted from a template.
How much does a custom web application cost?
There's no list price, because there's no standard application. Cost follows complexity, the number of features, the integrations involved and how much data moves through it. We estimate in detail once we've been through your requirements. Ask us for a quote.
How long does development take?
A straightforward application can be ready in 4 to 6 weeks. A complex one takes 3 to 6 months. We agree a realistic schedule after going through the specification, and we'd rather give you an honest date than an optimistic one.
Can it talk to the systems we already use?
That's usually the whole point. We connect to ERPs (SmartBill, Facturis, SAGA), CRMs, invoicing systems, courier platforms and any other software already running in your company, so data stops being retyped between screens.
Is there support after delivery?
Yes — it's the only way we work. Every application we deliver comes with technical support and maintenance: security updates, performance work and someone who knows the code when you need a change.
KEEP YOUR WEBSITE AT ITS BEST.
Website maintenance is simply paying attention before things break. Done regularly, it keeps a
site fast, secure and up to date instead of quietly falling behind.
For details on our maintenance plans, get in touch.
Updating a business website means reworking text, images and pages so the information visitors find is still the information you want them to find.
Online store content updates
For a store, that means adding new products and editing existing ones - keeping the catalogue current and the buying experience worth repeating.
New features
Adding features over time, so the site keeps doing more of the work for you rather than staying frozen at launch day.
Regular checks
Scheduled checks catch errors and technical problems early - ideally before a visitor runs into them.
Email management
Managing and securing your company email accounts, so messages arrive where they should and stay private.
Script and library updates
Updating the scripts a site relies on fixes bugs, adds capability and keeps everything compatible with current browsers and standards.
Frequently Asked Questions about Website Maintenance
Here are the answers we give most often.
How much does website maintenance cost?
Maintenance plans start at RON 300 plus VAT per month (around EUR 60), covering monitoring, advice and hands-on work. For sites we built ourselves we also work hourly, with no monthly plan required.
What does a maintenance plan include?
A standard plan covers continuous monitoring, technical advice, quick response when something goes wrong, security updates and regular backups. Plans are flexible - we adjust them to what each site actually needs.
How often do you run updates?
Monthly for CMS-based sites (OpenCart, PrestaShop, WordPress). For custom-built sites, security updates go out whenever they are needed, and content updates whenever you ask.
Do you maintain online stores too?
Especially online stores. A shop needs regular attention more than any other kind of site: security updates, watching payments and shipping integrations, speed work, daily backups and priority support when something stops working mid-sale.
What if I skip maintenance?
Nobody is obliged to sign up for a plan. For sites we built, we also work on an hourly basis. The trade-off is simple: without a plan you wait longer for us to get to your issue, and the hourly rate is higher.
TIME TO REFRESH YOUR WEBSITE?
There are plenty of reasons to rebuild a website. The design looks dated, animations and scripts have stopped working, the layout breaks on newer phones and tablets, or the site simply loads too slowly for anyone to wait around.
A website ages a little with every update it never receives. The web keeps moving, and at some point an older site can no longer keep up - that is when a redesign starts to make sense.
A redesign paired with ongoing maintenance is what keeps a website working properly years after launch.
Frequently Asked Questions about Website Redesign
Here are the answers we give most often.
How much does a website redesign cost?
A website redesign starts at EUR 2,500 plus VAT. The final figure depends on how large the current site is, what new features you want and how much of the structure changes. We price every redesign individually. Ask us for a quote.
Will I lose my search rankings?
Usually the opposite happens. A proper redesign includes SEO work: every existing URL is redirected correctly, the heading structure is cleaned up, pages load faster and the content is better organised. Rankings tend to go up after a redesign, not down.
How long does a redesign take?
A full redesign takes four to six weeks on average. If you want a Figma prototype before development - which we recommend for anything complex - add one or two weeks. That extra stage means far fewer surprises at the end.
Can I keep the content that is already on the site?
Yes. Existing text, images and documents can be migrated to the new design. We do not write the content ourselves, but we can put you in touch with copywriters we work with if you want fresh, search-friendly copy.
Why would I need a redesign at all?
Search engines and AI systems can tell when a site has been rebuilt - better structure, faster pages and a clearer user experience usually translate into better positions in search results. Beyond that, a current design earns more trust from visitors, and that shows up in your conversion rate.
We are a registered supplier on SEAP, Romania's public procurement platform.
We build websites through public procurement for state institutions, museums, foundations, associations and parishes.
How it works:
○ Start with the quote request form and give us as much detail as you can.
○ Once we have your form, we call you to go through the project properly.
○ After that call, we publish the service on SEAP (also known as SICAP), ready for your direct
purchase.
Every project can include maintenance, so the site keeps working long after handover.
We handle everything that happens on the website. You email us the change you want and we publish it the same day.

Frequently Asked Questions about Buying a Website through SEAP
Here are the answers we give most often.
How do I buy a website through SEAP?
It is straightforward. Write to contact@pronetdesign.ro or call 0775 211 299 and we walk you through the procurement steps. We are registered on SEAP/SICAP - Romania's electronic public procurement system - and we know the direct purchase procedure well.
Which institutions can buy a website this way?
Any public body can buy web design services through SEAP: town halls, county councils, museums, schools, universities, hospitals, foundations, associations, parishes - anyone spending public money.
Does buying through SEAP cost more?
No. Our prices are the same as for any other client - we do not charge public institutions differently. A business website starts at EUR 2,500 plus VAT and an online store at EUR 3,400 plus VAT.
What paperwork is involved?
Mainly the technical specification - the document setting out what the website has to do - plus the standard SEAP procurement forms. If you want a hand structuring the specification, we can help with that.
How soon do you deliver after the purchase?
We start as soon as the contract is signed - no queue, no waiting list. A standard project is finished four to six weeks from the actual start date.
