BWT Romania - Water filtration and treatment systems

BWT Romania is the official representative of Europe's largest water treatment company, a business with more than 30 years behind it. They wanted a stronger position on the Romanian market, and that meant a full eCommerce platform covering everything they sell - from kitchen and bathroom systems to complex industrial installations for pharmaceutical plants and the hospitality sector.

We built an online store with the features this industry actually needs: a smart search that corrects typos as people type, so customers find their way through the eight main product categories (kitchen, office, whole house, bathroom, sport, pool, gastronomy, industrial), a complete sync with the client's accounting software, which keeps stock levels and orders accurate, and GDPR handled properly, down to the details.

The platform won the Start-up category award at GPeC Proficiency 2023 - GPeC being Romania's main eCommerce competition - with the highest score awarded by the auditors. More than 200 criteria go into that evaluation, and the result confirms BWT Romania's position as a leader in water filtration and treatment: magnesium-enriched drinking water at one end of the range, fuel cell membranes at the other.
